Isokon BPM (Business Process Management) is Case Management on Steroids - infinitely adaptable and customisable. It will allow you to automate your business as never before - with a consequent increase in efficiency and profitability.


Isokon BPM is an extension of Isokon’s software for Probate and Trusts - which is used by 200 law firms (15 of which are Top 100 law firms) and by more than 2,000 individual users.


A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) component enables every customer to be linked to every other person and every other item. It will show every connection linked to your customer: related parties, cases, objects, client notes, case notes, and documents. It is a veritable client-centric feature. The saving in time and money is significant.


Our Document Builder can be used to create Template Letters and Remote Forms to send to your customers - for them to complete their information online. The online questionnaire will be returned, and your system will be automatically updated with the client information.


Remote Forms can be sent to be filled-in online by third parties, witnesses, hospitals, police, car repair inspectors, medical specialists in many types of work, such as:







CRM - Customer Relationship Management

CRM is a client-centric feature that shows every item related to your customer on one screen. You can click on any item, and drill down to see the detail - third parties, witnesses, hospitals, police, car repair inspectors, medical specialist, as well as client notes, case notes, emails, documents.


Visual Workflow Builder

Visual Workflow Builder can be used to graphically build your workflow by dragging predefined icons onto the screen. You can then define the task that you want to be performed. Each icon is auto-linked by Isokon BPM in a daisy chain. When completed a task list is created in the event management screen.


Worktypes and Mini-Apps

Isokon BPM provides a number of pre-created worktypes, such as for Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accidents. Any number of other worktypes can easily be configured, without requiring any coding or software development. A number of Mini-Apps are provided as standard, such as holiday applications and team building exercise. Various mini-apps can be easily created in minutes.


Document Builder and Templates

Letter Templates and texts for emails, forms and Remote Forms can be constructed using our Document Builder. It is easy to use and simple, it will generate html text in the background.


Workflow Task List and Events

The tasks in the Event Management system are created using the graphical workflow creator. Each task starts as an icon (or pebble) is dragged on to the workflow creator screen, where the actions required of the individual is defined.


Forms Builder

Forms can be easily created with fields that can be filled-in with information any part of Isokon BPM.


Highly Customisable

Isokon BPM is highly customisable and requires no programming. The core underlying layer has been fully developed using the latest technology.

Event Billing

All documents to be output from Isokon BPM are cod-ed with a number of units. When a document, Excel spreadsheet or PDF, is output the number of units allocated to the task are multiplied by the change rate for the user or the Fee Earner responsible for the case. This information is output to a file which is picked by your Time Recording system. This feature gives a reliable account of additional billable hours. It provides a measure of costs and profitability.


Emails and Text Messaging

Emails and SMS Texts can be sent directly to clients and other for requests and reminders. Texts can also be sent within the firm to colleagues for ask for information, for reminders, or a request to go to lunch together.


Reports and Analytics

Reports are easily configured, from which analytics can be data mined and presented as a series of graphs.


Integration

Isokon BPM can be integrated by sending data to and from any local database. External databases can also be accessed using our Smart Keys or via our purpose built API.


Remote Forms

Remote Forms are sent to your client (or any other related party) for them fill-in and complete online. Once they click, the completed form will be uploaded to your database, where the information can be checked for accuracy and consistency. Remote Forms are created using our Document Builder, which enables the layout of the forms to be uniquely tailored for use as an internet web page. The forms are also interactive whereby each question can be tailored differently and dependant upon the answer to the previous questions. For example, if there are no injuries, the question about which hospital was attended will not appear.
